Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I ordered the seal installation tool and bolt for the wheel bearing. I asked the customer service rep if I should replace the plastic axle shaft bushing as it had 325k miles on it. He said he would throw one in the box as it was only an $8 part. Well, he didn't get that done and I had to reared one and wait 3 days for it to be delivered. The very least he could have done was text or email me and let me know he didn't get that done. I would have gladly ordered one from him, but I didn't know about it for 3 days. Those 3 days cost me 3 days of work as the lift was tied up with a truck I couldn't move. I won't be using TK 4x4 again. There are plenty of other shops out there with people who care about their customers and getting ALL the parts they need to them.
