The product works EXACTLY as it is designed to do. I ordered the Magnetic phone mount for a 2018 Porsche Boxster. The side panel popped off easily. There was a plastic plug in the way of the top screw- I had to pull that out of the way to remove the top screw. Everything went back together perfectly and I can now see maps on my android phone
