I lost my brother to COVID on 10/19. My payment was due on 10/21. It was paid on 10/22. Since the payment was set up through my bank I did not think it would be late nor was I in the frame of mind to check. I was charged a late fee. Then the following month I was charged a late fee because of the late fee I was unaware of. When I called to straighten this out they said they would dismiss the first late fee but not the second one which was caused from the first late fee. I have never been late on a payment and always pay my balance in full. The customer service people were rude and when I asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. I closed out my account and will encourage anyone to not do business with them. This is the worst experience I have had with any credit card.
