Torrid is seriously expensive very minimal items are mark downs but still at a high price. I understand that as a bigger sized woman it gets harder to find clothes that fit and look nice but don’t take advantage of us bigger sized people in need of a cute look! Be considerate with the prices and last but not least the Escondido Torrid seriously needs to improve communication skills when it comes to the return policy I had purchased a shirt and couldn’t try it on so I thought oh well if at home it doesn’t fit I can come and return or exchange… To my surprise I had to run an errand and I decided to stop by that same day but at a later time. Well, comes to know that the gall who sold me the shirt swears she told me about the clearance final sale no return policy That is BS if I would of known I would of left the item and maybe purchased it another day when I could try it on. But anyway they lack on professionalism having that said I sure hope my opinion doesn’t hurt anyone’s feelings. Hope that store improves in price and communication 😎
