I tried to warn you in advance about the joists underneath the safe - you told me not to worry, that your men will find the way of fixing the safe down. Well, they did not!! They were otherwise nice chaps, but they did not have the screw required. In the end I had to purchase a drill bit and 12 mm 28cm long screw altogether for about £30 to do your job! Any refund? Invoices available upon request. The safe itself is sturdy as advertised, however the electronic lock on the door is wobbly and certainly does not inspire confidence or a solid value at £ 2100!!! Could I have it looked at?
