I ORDERED A VOUCHER FOR HORSE RACING. WHEN I TRIED TO BOOK THE DAY GORACING TOLD ME THAT TOTALLY GIFTS HAD DEFAULTED ON MONTHS OF INVOICES AND THEREFORE THEY COULD NOT HONOUR THE VOUCHER. GORACING ADVISED ME TO GET A REFUND FROM TOTALLY GIFTS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A MONTH TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM, SINCE 24/9/16, AND AS YET NO ONE HAS REPLIED BY EITHER PHONE OR EMAIL. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
