I had a problem with paint 'cracking' after clear coat. I was told it was because I waited too long between coats. I thought that would be better, but the times they specify are not just minimum times between coats, but also maximum. Bummer! When I brought this to their attention, I was offered replacement paint to compensate. I wasn't expecting that! They care enough about the satisfaction of their customers to compensate me some paint, and I took them up on their generosity. It's so good to see a company stand behind not only their product, but customer satisfaction. Very pleased with TouchUpDirect!
