14 days since ordering. No product. Phone gives off a busy signal every time I call. Emailed them several days ago, no respond to that either. Spent $70 for this lesson. So glad I didn't spend more. I didn't read the delivery details. My purchase arrived today by my postal service. It was within the time period indicated on their site. I've tried the product according to directions and it works great. Had chipped paint from going threw the car wash. It'll be hand washed from now on. My Genesis looks great again.
