Site was very simple to navigate. Its pretty obvious this is more geared towards the DIY'er however they ha e what anyone might need. Its a little more expensive than just ur simple color matched pen however O feel like u get what u pay for in this world. Even for any shop to even fix a tiny chip itd be hundreds (ur getting what u pay for there as well) why not take a stab at trying to rectify it urself esp if ur deductible is 500 or something ur basically paying out of pocket for anything minor anyway. Alot of shop sub out small jobs to a guy who prob learned on his/her own thru trial an error. If u wanna take a run at it but not ur own car, go to a junk yard n find (hopefully the same vehicle) if not something the same paint cade, if u cant find that then something close n rip the gas door off of it and scratch or nik or chip it n try ur hand at fixing that first. Always a good option. I think itd be cool for companies to sell color matched pieces of sheet metal and u describe the damage u want on it and then they send u it with ur paint kit and try to fix that first and realize ur mistaked if any on that. Its really not rocket science its just paint. Generally speaking anything will look better than a giant dent with missing paint or a nice chip of paint missing (my tacoma in super white which is a very common occurence).
