I scheduled my car to be detailed and have a hydrophobic coating applied. The detail shop scheduled a date for 3/8 and said that I should get a vial of touch-up paint so he fix a couple of chips as it would not be possible after the coating.
On 3/2 I ordered paint for my car as well as my wife's Jeep which will be done on 3/15. I paid for 2-3 day shipping to ensure it would be here in time. Tonight is 3/10 and it still isn't here.
When I ordered it indicated I would get an email with tracking. Well I got a shipment notice on 3/2 with no tracking information. I called on 3/9 to check on it and was told it was shipped but had been mishandled and sent to the wrong state but that was on it's way back. Phone support was not helpful and there was not even an offer to refund expedited shipping charge. There seemed to be no concern over the issue.
Had tracking information been provided I would have known it was not going to get here and could have ordered somewhere else. Definitely not satisfied. I have three more vehicles to have detailed but will go to the dealer from now on. Dealer is a few dollars more but they have it when they say they will. Unfortunately for me the Heron White paint for my car is not common and takes the dealer a couple of days to get.
I don't often write reviews and only do so when the product and/or the service is terrible. I can't speak to the product as I still don't have. Service is terrible and service is the thing that you have to be good at.
