Had an issue several months after re painting the rear fender of my Vespa, Sam in customer service helped me out by sending me an entire new kit with prep, primer, base coat, and gloss. It was more than enough to re do the project. It was likely that the issue was due to something I had done, but that didn't seem to matter to Sam. He happened to be more concerned with my paint finish on the Vespa turning out the best it can be. I ask...who has customer service like that? TUD is the best in my book hands down!
