I contacted customer support inquiring about the quantity of product that would be required for my project. After 2 attempts, I received 2 different emails, with different answers. I later ordered enough product to repaint the roof, hood, and trunk lid on my 2008 Subaru Legacy (paint code from vehicle provided with order). The product was delivered well within the expected time. I carefully read the instructions provided with the product, and also of the instructions that were posted on their website. I used the test strips as directed, and compare those to the paint on the car. I noticed a little different in the shade, but I discounted that on the test strip material vs. the actual car material and the age of the paint. I had a perfect day for the application (upper 60s - low 70s), and began the painting process. I applied 3 coats of base (spray action from cans was not always consistent), and 2 coats of clear coat on the roof. I waited 2 hours, and then removed the masking tape and found that the color DID NOT match the factory color. I have since contacted customer service with a picture of the contrasting colors and requested a refund. I received an initial reply the same day of my message that requested a picture of the paint code label from the car. I promptly provided this information, and have not heard from them since (2 days ago).
