I had a hell of a time trying to find an aerosol spray kit that matched my car. Came across touchupdirect and gave it a shot. This review is not about their product however, although that was very good. I wanted to give praise to their customer service. I am FAR from a professional or even experienced when it comes to touching up or repairing damaged paint. My new car got “gently” rear ended and had some small scratches and dings. My 1st attempt at fixing it went poorly because I’m a dope who can’t read directions. I mixed up the base coat and mid coat for my tri color paint. By the time I’d figured out what I was doing wrong it was too late. I called customer service and was helped by a young woman named “Sam.” I explained the situation and not only did she send me a couple new cans of paint for no charge, but she explained to me how to remove the paint I’d applied incorrectly and gave me tips on how to reapply. People usually only contact management or bosses to complain, but I sincerely hope they read this review and show their appreciation to this customer service person, because they’ve earned you a customer for life!
