Customer service team were very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my (many) questions about tow bars before I decided to book with them. Very happy with Jason who came to fit it, he called to fit us in a day early, called the morning of, called later to say when he'd arrive and turned up exactly when he said he would. Fitted the tow bar, answered all my questions, demonstrated how to use it and waited till I was confident I could do it all myself before leaving. Would definitely recommend!
