Do not buy from them- they change the alphabet letters according to their font and it does not reflect what you type into the actual name box. Then their ridiculous customer service team does not know what the term 'factually' means and they confuse it with opinion. Poor customer service , entering into argument on the phone and products that do not accord with what you actually order. The item is faulty and not as described and in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act, a refund needs to be offered. Absolutely ridiculous company.
