I purchased the suitcase recently for my daughter's Christmas and although I personally find the product massively over-priced, on first appearance it does appear to be quite a solid and well constructed suitcase. It looks very professional and I am sure my daughter will love it tremendously. I do have one massive gripe though and it relates to the shrink wrapped plastic on the back of the suitcase. Two things: one - there is no indication anywhere that this thin plastic layer comes off as I thought it was scratched at first and it was only following a call to Toxic that they said that plastic needs to be peeled off. (A sticker on the back of all future products may offer some help in this manner). Two - removing the plastic shrink wrap from the suitcase was a nightmare and did not easily come off (as told by Toxic customer services agent) and involved me spending about 1 hr picking away at all the plastic to get it off. This is a major packaging design flaw in my opinion which I think will infuriate a lot of new customers on receiving the product. But overall a good product - just need the packaging issue revised.
