Ordered a jute bag but here was no option with glasses on the one I ordered I emailed them to say I'd like glasses added to my order there was no glasses option when ordered as I wear glasses and I wanted he bag to have glasses on it too but they said I couldn't change my order as it was being processed i ordering it in the night and I emailed them that night and they responded the following day surely it doesn't take that long to soon a pair of glasses on to a bag !! I asked for a refund and they denied a refund won't be ordering form toxic fox again !! Very disappointed
