I ordered a personalised phone cover on the 19th November which said it would e delivered by the 5th December its now nearly 4 weeks since I ordered and no sign of the phone case I have emailed 4 times no reply and rung 10+ times only to be put on hold then cut off after 10 minutes I haven't actually spoke to a human being yet! This was a gift for my husbands birthday which has now passed I'm really disappointed as I paid £28.99 for this product I have emailed and asked for the product or a refund but no response I'm really upset about this as it was a first birthday present from our baby ???? Will not order again
