Ordered a phone case for my 8 year as a Christmas present. Order placed 15th November so plenty of time. November 29th no case, so called spoke to a Daniel ROberts who said must have got lost in post? Assured me that he would have another produced and sent out Asap apologised etc, so I agreed. Today December 14th no phone case, having sent repeated emails , no response, tried calling, get through only to have the call cut off. Not looking for the phone case anymore, it's clear these people are fraudulent, just want my my 28.98 back, so that I can order from elsewhere with a slim hope of getting another for my daughter. I urge anyone looking to purchase from this company, not to!!! They are disgusting, no customer service at all, no product, and have had my money for over a month. Are they even legit? Its going through PayPal now, in the hope I can possibly get my money back. Do read reviews before purchasing, I didn't and have been completely scammed,, stay away from toxic fox
