The website when ordering more than one item is not very good as you cant see which item is which at the checkout. I ordered a bag and picked a cupcake accessory for the figure my pj's as this is so my daughter. when i got the email confirmation this was not on there, although it was on the order when i checked it. I emailed them within seconds of confirmation (and on a Sunday evening) and asked for this to be added. I was emailed Monday morning to say to late already in production. I tried called and was on hold for 10 minutes and then got cut off. I emailed them again to ask if there was nothing they could do as this was on my account as delivery in 10 days so i couldn't see how it was in production so long. nothing, emailed and called again with no reply! This would have been a great place to order gifts but i don't think i will be shopping with them again, the products are lovely and would given them 5* but the customer service is shocking!
