I recieved a faulty replacement item on the 19th December. I have emailed since this date but recieved no response (sent over 10 emails), just automated email to say emails will be responded within 48 hours. I am currently left with an item that is no good, could not be given as a Christmas present and cannot get a response from anyone to organise a refund, terrible service and products.
