After my initial dissatisfaction with the product and especially the very poor customer service recieved after making the complaint I can happily say that my complaint was taken seriously and completed to my satisfaction. After emailing the customer service department following the professional advice I had recieved, they were considerate to assure that the replacement was to the quality standard which was expected when the order was originally placed. The order was for mothers day and designed by my children, so it was disappointing that it took a lot of communications to get the item replaced. The original complain was made by telephone which cost over £14!! (for 17 mins) I would recommend anyone who needs to contact this company to do it via email of possible so save!!..
