I placed an order on 24th March for a passport cover and a towel. I received the passport cover within a few days however I am still waiting for the towel. I emailed the customer service team and recieved a reply within 3 minutes providing proof that my towel was sent out on 13th April so I should receive it any day. I also spoke with Ricardo on chat and he couldnt have been more helpful! So although I am still waiting for my towel (almost a month after I ordered it (which is why this is not 5 stars)), I am happy knowing that I will receive it before my holiday.
