My faith has been restored!! I have ordered many products from Claireabella and all have been fabulous! When tryin to contact regarding an order amendment, which I noticed immediately, by the time I received a response via email days later it was too late. What a waste. This was my own fault but I did contact immediately. Lesson learned. Or so I thought. Once again I made a spelling mistake and contacted immediately. Online chat service was appauling and enail was once again an automated response. I decided this time I would call. Although it took a good half an hour to get in touch the customer service was fantastic! The lady could not have been more friendly and helpful (even after my many panicked emails!) Clairebella products are second to none and make amazing gifts with amazing offers on! I will definately continue to purchase. A*
