Bought a bag for my sisters hen party, it arrived pretty quick but it was the wrong bag and looked nothing like the one I had ordered. I sent an email to customer service and spoke with Emma Browne who was very helpful and got the correct bag sent out to me the next day. The bag has now arrived with me so fingers crossed she will be happy with it on the day.
