Yesterday I ordered a lunch box and today had an email saying the lunchboxes were on offer. Naturally slightly irritated as the saving was quite significant and it had been less than 24 hours since my order. phone and spoke to Lee who said although he couldn't change my order to the promotional price he could offer a significant discount on an additional item if I was interested.
