I made an order and on it's arrival one of the items was missing. After talking to a lovely lady called Emma over email, the missing item was soon dispatched. However, thanks to Hermes not delivering the item (despite saying they had - a cup is not going to fit through a letter box) I was soon back chatting to Emma who kindly organised a replacement and a change of delivery address. A++ service xx
