Ordered on 8th Dec but apparently still not even dispatched yet, despite the website still stating if I order now (11 days later) I can get the item on time for Christmas.
Sending an automated response to emails and messages is the extent of the customer service, impossible to get anyone to answer the premium rate phone number.
