Order clearly indicated delivery by 19/12 when I paid. Have tracked delivery, 2 items since. Scheduled delivery changes daily; 20/12 (today's date) for 1 item; that hasn't arrived and now says 23/12, so I waited in for nothing!! 29/12 for the other, so not before Christmas despite getting daily emails saying I can still order stuff for a Christmas delivery. Now it suggests both items might come on 23/12...but who knows!! Been on the phone to customer services for ages to try and find out more, with only a ring tone for company, no wait time, no music, no information, and paying for the privilege. Is this a real company or a scam?? Because so far I'm not impressed...
