I placed my order, my delivery date was 5th Dec, on 7th Dec I emailed to ask where my item was, they said it wasn't up to quality, so was being remade, but hadn't thought to inform me that the delivery date had changed, it was only because I asked that I found out. I wrote again 2 weeks later, and was told that the second item had failed quality control, and even though they knew this had happened once, and I was upset that they hadn't informed me of the delay, they still didn't inform me of the further delay, until I contacted them. There is no excuse in this day and age for such poor customer service, it takes 5 minutes to send an email apologising for the delay, and explaining why there is a delay, and although it would have been a nuisance not having the item in time for what I had ordered it for, I would have been satisfied that, as a customer, I was respected by the company, because they had taken the time to let me know what had happened. I will admit that all of the items I have had from them were awesome, I have no issue with the quality, but their customer service is almost non existent, and that is unacceptable. After this experience, I know I won't be visit their website again.
