Hi, Ordered a tote bag for my little girl for Christmas. Bag arrived with two minor marks on it. Such a beautiful bag online doesn't do it justice. Contacted toxicfox straight away they got back to me. Asa Burke dealt with my enquiry, Asa was very quick and efficient had me a replacement on its way and said to keep the other bag as a back up, was so happy it came just in time for Christmas eve considering we only dealt with it couple days before.
