I don’t want to give a star! I placed an order on the 10th December and was guaranteed Christmas delivery, however it has still not arrived! I emailed on the 24th and again on the 30th December and have had no response to either email! I have tried tracking the delivery but it just states despatched, disgusting & unacceptable customer service to not even reply!
My daughter is still waiting for one of her Christmas presents five days after Christmas, with no idea when or if it’ll be received.
Will never order from here again!
