This is ridiculous. I received a defective camera and you expect me to send it out for repair because it's less than 30 days old?? I'm not trying to send anything back, I am requesting an even exchange for a defective camera that I just spent $1600 on for one that is not defective. That's standard business practice in the majority of the world. I can guarantee that as a result I will NEVER buy anything from your less than honest business ever again. I will also start spreading the word that if you sell defective merchandise and have absolutely no intention of standing behind your products. This camera was obviously defective before I ever received it and as such I was deceived and lied to by your company. Very sad way to conduct business and certainly not one to ever establish repeat business.
Rest assured I will do all in my power to get the word out about how you do business and the type of defective products you are pushing with no intention of supporting your customers as soon as their credit card payment clears your bank. I will do whatever I can to make sure no one else is taken down like I was.
