I bought Canon Eos R with the battery grip from e-infinity. All the boxes were damaged. I complain and they told returned with my cost(£69) and they will refund only the value of the items. I said it is not customers fault but they refused. I cannot sell these later as I normally update my gear when new release comes out. Sad is they even gave a discount for my next purchase.
