I ordered a Stanley FatMax Tool Box at a great price....cheaper than other websites it arrived when they said it would which was great service to start with. Unfortunately upon opening the packaging the box was damaged. I emailed and got an immediate confirmation response they would investigate. I sent photos of the damage and got another same day response that they would replace the box and arrange collection of the damaged one. Day 2 I got confirmations from both Trade Counter and their courier DPD of the dates and timing for both the replacement delivery and the faulty item collection. Everything resolved to my complete satisfaction within 2 days. I would also add I dealt exclusively with Linda at Trade Counter throughout who was absolutely fantastic....very professional, effective and clearly great at her job....Trade Counter should be very proud to have such an employee.
