I had a problem with a delivery. It is an online sales site, but they have a really professional telephone service. The guy rang the courier and sorted out my problem within an hour. I have multiple deliveries to multiple sites every day, so good customer service is essentially. Looks like these guys are keen on price without forgetting that after sales care is also important. So far so good. I'll certainly look at them for my next job.
