Great service from a company I had no previous knowledge, or experience with. I purchased a large item, and received a phone call the day before delivery was due, to ask if I had the means to lift the heavy item off the van at my end, which I didn’t, this was no trouble and a tail lift delivery vehicle was promptly arranged and didn’t delay delivery.
If there was one criticism it was that I couldn’t log in to the account to track my order on my smartphone, this had to be done on a desktop device.
All in all great service.
