You guys need to send email updates for US customers, merchandise arrived and I had no idea it was sitting waiting for custom fee, I emailed 4 times for tracking # your answer was the same,waiting for dispatch...meanwhile the item was in US already, I had to follow up see where is the item, overall not good customer service, item was perfect, o questions asked. If you are the client and spend over 1000 per item, you would need to know where is the item at, specially I asked you via email that I need it for the job. Hope this will boost your service.
