Investing is really easy, but you don't get much of your money back, which makes you question the legitimacy of the website. When this happens, the phone is "no longer operative" and the personal advisor is inaccessible. Email correspondence is extremely slow; other procedures that I was not aware of beforehand and that cost money are revealed; these issues remain unresolved until TONELIMITED comes in and expeditiously gets my reimbursement; but, overall, this has been a very disappointing experience for me.
