Poor customer service and after sales. Purchased several cast rads but this time I ordered a pewter rad and not the old pewter I was meant to. Pewter is actually silver and old pewter is very dark brown. The valves are marked up as pewter but are actually old pewter in colour. Makes no sense.
Said they could send me spray paint for £87!
