All was good with Trade Taps, except that the lead time to availability/delivery of our bathroom basin fluctuated wildly. When I ordered & paid, I wasn't advised until the next day that it was out of stock and would take between 6 & 8 weeks to deliver. When I rang up to check, I was told more like 3 to 4 weeks. And in practice, it turned out to be more like 2 weeks! By this time I'd put off our plumber until the New Year, so we're now stuck with storing our basin for a month. But everything else was ok.
