I ordered a bathroom wall unit and sink. The website gave a guaranteed delivery date which I paid for.This date came and went. Another 2 days later I called to enquire. I was subsequently advised after a long wait on phone that the courier only delivers on Monday’s? So guaranteed delivery isn’t what it seems. It will now be delivered a week late if this date can be relied upon.
I had booked my plumber and have had to cancel.
Very disappointed.
Company website seems easy to use but excuses are lousy when something goes wrong.
