First time customer.
Avoid this company, terrible service. May be cheaper than most, but you get what you pay for. Cheapest is not always the best. My advice, spend the few extra pounds with a different company that will value your custom.
On the 30th April I placed an order via the web site for shower taps. The following day I phoned the customer services to check when I would receive delivery.
I was told these were in stock and would be with me the following day, Great news, impressive so far. I went ahead and booked a plumber to come and fit the taps.
Later that day I received an e-mail saying the taps were out of stock, Really disappointed, phoned Customer service to get a refund and was told this will take up to 5 days. I was not happy, and expressed my feelings to Xavier in customer services. No apology, just a condesending tone and then hung up on me.
Well done Trade Taps, great way to win new customers. Suggest you look at your internal stock inventory system. You really don't want to be telling customer items are in stock, taking their money and then telling them is out of stock.
I will certainly not be coming back and will be telling all my friends and family to steer clear of Trade Taps.
