A few months ago I ordered an electric window regulator for my Audi Convertible. The part came in good time, but unfortunately I found that the part wasn't compatible with my car (not T.V. Part's fault) as the driver's side one seems to be only available from the main dealers. I returned the part and got a refund with no problem from TVP). Great customer service....thank you very much!
