I ordered a wing mirror for a Polo on the Saturday and paid for next day delivery as it was needed for an MOT. I expected it to arrive the following Tuesday as per the email. A rang Trade Vehicle at about 5pm on the Tuesday as it hadn't arrived by then. They said that they couldn't see the couriers route but if it wasn't there that day they would refund me the delivery charge. At 8.30 the next morning I rang to get my refund and to see when delivery would be. They said by 3pm and the courier was 41 drops away. I have to give 5 stars on this review as although I didn't get the part when needed this was out of their hands. The refund hit my account a couple of days later and the part came at about 1pm. Their customers service is fantastic. The prices for itrms were very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
