TVP's "No quibble return" guarantee means what it says. The connector on the replacement wing mirror that I ordered from them did not match the connector in my car door. After a quick exchange of emails to clarify how the problem arose (mislabelling by the manufacturer) they promptly emailed me a reply-paid return label. Then they authorised my refund on the same day that the carrier returned the wing mirror to their premises.
