I have issues with the tradeinn; placed order number 51639049 on September 3, 2024, and according to the tradeinn website, the estimated delivery date was between September 11-18, 2024. However, although they claimed to have shipped the package on September 11, 2024, the shipping company reported that the package had not been delivered to them. Despite repeated notifications, tradeinn has continuously asked me to wait and stated that the shipping company would update their system. I have both called and emailed the shipping company and forwarded these communications to tradeinn through their only contact channel, the tradeinn chat. I have repeatedly emphasized to tradeinn that they have not yet shipped my package. When I asked them to share a photo or shipping invoice of the package they claim to have shipped, they could not provide any documentation and kept asking me to wait. How is it possible that the shipping company has not received the package for 4 days and the system has not been updated? I clearly think that they are manipulating the situation and lying. I am not the only one experiencing this; despite the 4.7-star satisfaction rating they share on their website, the satisfaction rating on this site with over 30,000 reviews is around 3 stars: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/tradeinn.com?stars=1. On Trustpilot, everyone complains about their orders not arriving, arriving late, or not receiving refunds for lost packages. There are even cases where products were shipped 2 months after the date promised by the site. I hope I can get my products or my money back as soon as possible. Shopping from tradeinn is a regretful experience. I made this mistake once and I will never, ever shop from tradeinn again.
