I would strongly recommend NOT buying from this company. I ordered some ski poles, but they didnt arrive and when they made no effort to resend or find them I asked for a refund and submitted the relevant form. They then said the form had been submitted too late and I couldn't get a refund. They then ignored my follow-up emails and I've never heard from them since. I don't see how this is acceptable or fair. No ski poles and £90 lost. Awful customer service and service in general. Despite their good prices and stock, I will never buy from them again for fear of this happening again.
