In my company, in a very common sector, we have hired the services of tradekey and also one of the most expensive options, promising us that they have a database of reliable contacts to provide us once we hire them, and the only thing that has been done after hiring them is a WhatsApp group with an account manager (who works even less) with whom we have tried to arrange video calls or ask for clarifications about the platform but he only answers when he want and one out of ten to tell us that they have nothing and that he is sending mass emails and WhatsApp messages to his contacts (when he sends us the screenshots of his mass emails sent in 15 minutes on the same day telling us that he was working hard to finding our contract, I knew that we were wasting time and that they were not going to give us anything), since we hired them it has been 2 months, and we continue with the same reply from him. The truth is that we think this service is a huge rip-off, because they don't have a database, much less a professional who knows how to work. I have also tried to get them to change our account manager or speak to a superior but without succes. So all we have paid for this service have been thrown away.
