This is the worst exchange! They steal your money while obstructing communication. I wanted to test out their trading bot, therefore I'm stuck with $103,000. I was unable to authenticate my account after purchasing a new phone. I've filled out forms and emails, sent videos with my ID, and spoken with customer support representatives, but I haven't received any response. I just get stupid emails telling me to use Google Authenticator. The conversations are completely pointless. It appears that I am unable to access my money without Google Authenticator. Their customer care is worthless, and their website is awful. I've been trying unsuccessfully for months. Fortunately, I informed  S I M O N C H. C O M  about the problem, and they are the ones who help me recover my money back
